    The Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process for our Early Career programs.

    The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.

    The

    Early Career Talent Acquisition team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA Hires


    Responsibilities:
    Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery for Early Career programsPartner with the business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategyAct as a credible business expert in Early Career talent acquisition market trendsEnsure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followedKeep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline is updated on a day to day basisPlan and host interview days, assessment centres and other relevant selection/offer eventsAttend and lead the assessment centre wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholdersSupport candidate engagement activityProduce candidate MI/statistics for both the business and Early Career Talent Acquisition colleaguesEnsure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journeyTrain the supporting screening teams to ensure a clear understanding of analyst/associate profile and criteria is achievedReview and innovate processes and procedures when identified to improve efficiencyAssist if required in any additional diversity events and program including the spring and summer programsBe involved with wider global Talent Acquisition projects and initiativesQualifications:Recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agencyUnderstanding of the banking industry and culture an advantageExperience of managing multiple client stakeholdersEducation:Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience
