    Description

    Work in harmony with all members of the marketing team (Omni, Digital, and Business) to create a multi-channel activation plan and drive in-store execution to increase brand exposure.
    Provide reports and analysis on activation plans, associated expenses, and resulting return on investment.
    Monitor and compare competitors' activities, category trends and consumer habits in the market, and recommend plans and actions to ensure competitive victory.
    Identify cross-channel activation opportunities and recommend innovative solutions.
    Communicate with internal team members (product team, brand team, etc.) as well as external teams (ad agencies, influencers, communities) to implement specific store strategies
    Create content by assisting with in-portfolio photography sessions based on pre-approved software and storyboarding.
    Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    Asset management in general

    Retail brand management:

    Manage on-ground presence by effectively handling the execution of various campaigns occurring throughout the year in the key cities where the brand operates: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait
    Support the Assistant Marketing Manager in sourcing the suppliers and materials required to execute the campaign as well as coordinating with the internal teams/brands themselves
    Understand the support requirements from retail and wholesale division to grow the business and plan the required implementations accordingly
    Continuous market research to study competition and evaluate change requirements for the brand
    Evaluate budget distribution by country and store with the assistance of Asset Manager and conduct ROI study accordingly

    Basic requirements:

    The person must be a native Arabic speaker and be fluent in reading and writing Arabic
    Must have previous experience working in Arabic in the marketing aspect
    Must be able to travel to Saudi Arabia/Egypt
    Positive thinking and objectivity are key requirements, as the role requires the person to communicate with different teams and stakeholders
    Experience in the retail industry is desirable
    Candidate must be interested in sports/fitness/active lifestyle/athletic fashion (athleisure)
    Follow professional developments, new technologies and current issues through continuing education and professional growth
