The hotel boasts 269 tastefully decorated rooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the hotels neighborhood story, the story of Dubai creek.

Other facilities that our guests can expect include an infinity pool deck, fully equipped fitness center and our neighborhood café and bar, both offering seamless service and array of experiences reflecting this expressive neighborhood.


Your day to day:


  • Be well versed with all the guest services.
  • Responsible use of all systems including PMS (Property Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System).
  • Promptly answer telephone calls, addressing callers in a friendly, vibrant and courteous tone.
  • Listen carefully to callers to obtain complete information to process calls quickly and accurately.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate and write proficiently and have great communication skills.
  • Transcribe complete messages and repeat information to verify accuracy.
  • Ensure that all relevant messages are communicated to guests.
  • Be the point of contact for all operational departments and guests for any information about the hotel, its offerings and the city.
  • Provide the right response to guest emergencies, guest requests and problems reported by guests. Follow up to see if problems have been solved and requests have been delivered in a timely manner.
  • Provide information to callers about hotel guestrooms and facilities, operating hours, F&B outlets, F&B promotions, meetings facilities.
  • Maintain information confidentiality.

What we need from you

At Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, we look for hosts who are vibrant, curious and bring our brand to life - Min 1 year experience in the same field or related work experience in the same role in a 5 star hotel.

- Experience working with the PMS Opera. - Should have knowledge of centralized telephone systems. - Great telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Experience updating databases, meeting deadlines and adjusting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team. - Remain calm and composed during high pressure situations and when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. - Resolve complaints and complications in a level headed manner.
