NYU Abu Dhabi, in partnership with NYU Stern, invites applications for a non-tenure track, clinical faculty appointment at the associate or full level in Management and Organizations for the Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi (Stern at NYUAD). We seek scholars/practitioners of the highest caliber equipped to teach courses at all levels (including MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education) in a variety of areas, notably leadership, organizational behavior, and organization theory.

Applicants must present evidence of an outstanding teaching record at a business school or a distinguished career as a business practitioner. Applicants should have stellar interpersonal, collaborative and pedagogical abilities, including classroom performance, curriculum development, and innovative approaches to teaching in their area of expertise. Significant experience with executive education would be a plus, as would experience with experiential learning and project supervision.

In 2023, NYU Abu Dhabi and NYU Stern entered into an agreement to create the Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi (Stern at NYUAD), an extension of NYU Stern in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Candidates must possess a PhD or relevant terminal degree in Management and Organization-related fields, including, but not limited to, Psychology, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, and Economics. Candidates with a non-terminal degree, and extensive industry/professional experience (e.g., 10+ years) will be considered.
