- To supervise the Front Officeoperations, including the Reception, CID, Guest Relations ensuringthat the hotel standards and procedures are fully known andfollowed.
- To ensure appropriate stock level forthe smooth run of the Front Office operations and to preparerequisitions accordingly.
- To control that thearrival lists are updated, transportation and airport services arescheduled and to block all the rooms according to guest requestsand needs.
- To control that all assigned andblocked rooms requiring special set-ups are accurately displayed inthe PMS and available to the Housekeeping and other departments indue time.
- To ensure proper completion of allCID and local government requirements concerning hotel guests andfiles.
- To daily control the guest files andfolios, ensuring that all the immigration, financial and auditprocedures are fully respected.
- To ensure thatGuest History records are accurately maintained and all recurringguests are pre-registered.
- To control that thedeparture lists are updated, check-out times are respected and thatthe transportation needs are scheduled.
- Tomonitor rooms status and discrepancies.
- Toassist in securing external guest accommodation should anoverbooking occur.
- To ensure and perform aproper use of all the equipment and property management system andto have a perfect knowledge of the set ups.
- Toensure the strict control of room keys and sectionkeys.
