Duties and responsibilities

Maintain and update admission records and files
Compile admissions reports as directed by the Manager
Student Admission
Assist the Senior Student Admission Officer/s in processing the required certificate equivalency of students by coordinating with the college Deans and committee for student transfer from other universities
Serve as a resource to students, parents, High Schools, and other feeder institution regarding Admissions in the College
Follow up students' equivalencies results from concerned faculty members and inform the students accordingly.
Participate in local school visits & other students' recruitment events
Participate in the students' graduation ceremony and orientation events
Advise applicants regarding admissions requirements, eligibility for admission, program options, residency requirements and other matters related to their admission to the College
Offer personalized consultative approach to each qualified student and guide them throughout admission process
Respond to general questions about the College's campus life, academic programs and requirements
Follow up and advice the diploma graduate students to peruse their studies and accordingly meet the College's articulation target

Academic Qualifications
A Diploma is essential; Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University is preferable.

Knowledge and Skills

Goal oriented and highly ethical.
Good expertise with MS Office, CRM and ERP
Ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment and to cope with pressure in a positive manner while working to deadlines within a busy and demanding environment
Must be accurate and pay close attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills.
