    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Architecture Consultant and Construction Company Assistant. This position will work closely with our CEO and assist in managing daytoday operations while also actively seeking new clients to help grow our business.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist the CEO in managing daily operations of the Architecture consultant and construction company

    Accounting invoices prepare quotations and BOQ.

    Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients

    Actively seek out and develop relationships with new clients including attending industry events and networking

    Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients

    Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to ensure timely and highquality deliverables to clients

    Support the CEO in developing business strategies and plans to meet the companys objectives

    Handle communication on behalf of the CEO ensuring a professional and organized approach.

    Assist in preparing presentations reports and documentation related to architectural projects.

    Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders clients and partners.

    Undertake research tasks and provide valuable insights to support decisionmaking.

    Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

    Oversee the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

    Handle employee records benefits administration and payroll coordination.

    Qualifications:

    At least 3 years of experience in engineering consulting and construction/Fitout companies in UAE.

    *Requirements:*

    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.

    Previous experience in HR coordination or related HR roles.

    Familiarity with the architecture or design industry is advantageous.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in office software and applications.
