- Associate's and/orBachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringTechnology or other Engineering/Sciencefield
- Minimum 10 years of experience insite-civil / water & wastewater / storm water / erosion& sediment control design
- Proficientwith AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Revit, Civil HydroCADand TR-55 experience a plus
- Must have anunderstanding of survey fundamentals
- Strongcommunication skills, both oral andwritten
