    Senior Tax Analyst

    We are seeking a Senior Tax Analyst for our Dubai office, who will implement tax plans and collaborate with the accounting and leadership teams to identify process improvement opportunities and potential risk areas.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain strong tax relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service.
    • Evaluate risks and opportunities related to tax issues, ensuring timely identification and mitigation.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of VAT, including staying up-to-date on relevant legislation and legal developments.
    • Offer comprehensive VAT advice to clients, ensuring they remain informed about changes in tax legislation.
    • Identify and implement new processes to enhance indirect tax compliance.
    • Serve as the key relationship holder for Middle East VAT.
    • Ensure that all financial accounting standards are considered and recognized to meet compliance and audit guidelines.
    • Conduct research to identify VAT savings for clients and assess potential VAT exposure.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Candidate should be a qualified CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA with 2-3 years of relevant UAE experience.
    • Possess strong technical knowledge of UAE VAT.
    • Be self-motivated and a problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills are essential.
    • Preferably, have experience working in consultancy companies.
