On behalf of our Client, a leading Catering Company in Abu Dhabi, we look forward to recruiting an experienced and hands on HSE General Manager.

Master's degree in food science / Microbiology or Similar.

15+ Years work Experience in Large Catering Companies out of which 10+ Years of Managerial experience in QHSE.

Approved Trainer for Food Safety Level 4 / HACCP Level 4 Qualifications.

OSHAD Grade A practitioner and/or Grad IOSH.

In-depth knowledge about various Quality, Food Safety and Hygiene Management programs including GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and HALAL; certified as Lead Auditor ISO standards.

Should possess excellent Presentation skills, Team Building and Management skills.
