Reconciliation Officer
_Job Description:

  • Responsible for the accounting cycle_
  • Ensure compliance with tax, accounting and financial regulations_
  • Follow up on all accounting requirements requested by parent company and general management_
  • Support and execute accounting operations_
  • Prepare and present financial reports_
  • Review and coordinate authorization of payments_
  • Control and analysis of inventories_
  • Preparation of fiscal projection_
  • Review bank reconciliations_
  • General review of expenses and balance accounts_
  • Preparation of fiscal closing_
  • Operate the system, sales policies and accounts receivable_

  • Bachelor of Public Accounting and Finance_
  • 35 years of experience_
  • Active member_
  • Knowledge of accounting systems_
  • Advanced Excel_
  • Numerical and analytical ability_
  • Knowledge accounting and tax regulations_
