Job summary
A Communications Officer is primarily responsible for generating leads, categorizing them depending on their sales-readiness, and nurturing them. Building long term relationships with these leads in order to assist sales processes.

  • Generate leads as per company guidelines and training
  • Build a relationship with the prospective clients to some extent you will also be responsible for account management, but the main focus of the role will be lead generation
  • Understand the needs of your target prospects and articulate the value you can provide them with through polite and respectful tactic.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities.
  • Qualify the leads into prospective and lost leads through a thorough and measurable vetting process.

Become an expert at Gulf Starter Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a Sales position, preferably phone based and with a high percentage of hunting involved.
  • Real Estate experience is not essential but preferred
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to be a pure hunter proven track record of developing your own pipeline through outbound initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing successful relationships with Csuite executives.
  • Demonstrated the ability to work remote and be selfsufficient, yet bearing in mind you are part of a team.
  • Customercentric mindset
  • Excellent communicator/presenter in both written and oral English.
  • Must have stable internet and a smart phone
  • Hungry and ambitious, yet ethically sound
  • Strong character and perseverance

Salary:
AED5,000.00 per month
