- Deliver excellent guest service by anticipating needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere,
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and clean guests' rooms including replenishing room supplies.
- Inform valets to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing.
