_Job Description:

_:
- _Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for machined parts._
- _Supervise the quality control team and coordinate control activities throughout the production process._
- _Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement._
- _Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions._
- _Monitor key performance indicators related to the quality of machined parts and produce periodic reports to management._
- _Implement training and quality awareness programs for production personnel._
- _Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors regarding quality issues of machined parts._
- _Participate in product design meetings to provide advice on manufacturing feasibility and quality considerations._
- _Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the quality and efficiency of production processes._
- _Maintain a technological watch on advances and best practices in quality control in the field of machining._
- _Promote the quality approach and the provisions of the QMS with all the actors of the projects concerned and strive for zero defects._

_Job Requirements:

_:
- _Education: Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field._
- _Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of quality, preferably in the industry of machining or manufacturing of mechanical parts._
- _Technical knowledge: Solid knowledge in machining, metrology and interpretation of technical plans. Mastery of quality control tools such as dimensional measurement techniques, non-destructive testing methods, etc._
