- Design and lead Annual InternalAudit program (for on high-risk processes/projects), drive andmonitor its effectiveness through closure of the auditfindings.
- Optimize the quality audit programacross the group and enhance the efficiency of the quality auditsin line with the group and Improve audit finding closure cycleteam.
- Maintain a competent pool of auditors,lead and assign them for the scheduled audits and ensure resourceutilisation.
- Ensure a robust and digitalmechanism and process for recording the audit plan and auditfinding.
- Conduct periodic review of auditresults, analyse, suggest process improvements. Escalate overdueaudit findings to relevant stakeholders for necessaryintervention.
- Provide process improvementrecommendations from auditresults.
