Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Professionally and courteously answer incoming calls from clients seeking information about immigration processes.
  • Address client concerns and issues raised during calls promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate immigration consultants or management for resolution.
  • Maintain a detailed log of incoming calls, documenting client inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide administrative support to immigration consultants and management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and immigration consultants.
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Schedule and manage client appointments with immigration consultants.
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews with relevant authorities.
  • Maintain and update the company's client database regularly.
  • Generate
    reports and summaries as required for management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Establish and enforce recordkeeping protocols.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and immigration consultants to streamline processes.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and codes of conduct.
  • Uphold the company's reputation and values in all interactions.

Following profiles will have preference:


  • Proven ability to manage and organize large volumes of documentation and client information efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including word, excel, spreadsheet, and database management.
  • Proficient in
    generating reports, maintaining documentation, and utilizing data for analysis and improvement.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, especially those commonly spoken by clients, can be an advantage.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially when dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Experience:


  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)
