    Business Development Executive - SEO (MaxRankPro)
    MaxRankPro is a specialized SEO and digital performance agency built for the real estate industry.

    We help property developers and real estate brands dominate search rankings and attract qualified buyer and seller leads through data‑driven SEO strategies.

    RoleWe are seeking a Business Development Executive who understands how to sell SEO and digital marketing services, ideally with hands‑on experience selling to real estate companies, brokerages, or developers.

    You will be the face of MaxRankPro in the real estate market, attending property expos, networking events, and client meetings to generate partnerships and grow our client portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities
    Identify and engage real estate firms, developers, and brokerages interested in SEO and online growth.
    Sell MaxRankPro's SEO and digital visibility services tailored to the real estate sector.
    Attend property expos, real estate networking events, and conferences to generate leads and brand visibility.
    Develop and execute outreach strategies using LinkedIn, email, and in‑person meetings.
    Work with the marketing team to refine sales materials, proposals, and case studies.
    Nurture leads through discovery calls, demos, and long‑term relationship building.
    Stay up to date with SEO trends, real‑estate marketing shifts, and local market movements.
    Meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
    Requirements
    3+ years' experience in sales or business development within digital marketing, SEO, or advertising.
    Strong understanding of SEO services and how they deliver ROI for clients.
    Prior experience selling to real estate companies or brokerages is a major plus.
    Confident networker with the ability to represent MaxRankPro at real estate expos, events, and client meetings.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
    Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.

    Background in real‑estate marketing, property tech, or digital agencies.
    Knowledge of CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
    Passion for property, marketing, and helping clients grow online.
