===REQUIRED SKILLS OREXPERIENCE===
1-3years of sales experience (retail)
1-3 years of repairexperience (computer hardware)
Proficient with WindowsOperating Systems, Microsoft Office, Windows Server and VPNConfiguration
Ability to troubleshoot software andhardware issues
Excellent communications skills and theability to instruct non-technical users
Willingness towork as part of a team to deliver quality service to ourclients
Time management and task prioritizationskills
Excellent work ethic

Must have IT/Technical knowledge aptitude and/oran interest in technology
