Description

Reporting into the CEO, the Engineering Manager will lead the company's engineering services Business Units across the region and ensure that the target deliverables are met.

We are looking for an engineer, mechanical, E&I or similar with 6 to 7 years of previous experience as an Engineering Manager or head of an Engineering Discipline and vast experience in the oil & gas industry.

Some of the key responsibilities of the job are:

To establish with Project Managers the engineering team's strategy in accordance with the business objectives and its development.
To work along the side of the Project Managers and Sales Managers on proposals and deliverables of engineering projects.
To resolve with the leadership team performance issues that may impact meeting plan objectives.
To assess project performance and identify corrective actions to the project in accordance with engineering resources and as per contractual commitments.
To provide support to the head of projects with client relations and travel regionally to support business needs.
To manage all engineering Business Unites, and provide tools, procedures, recruitment of individuals, monitoring of employees' performance, management of resources, working methodology and technical training support.
