We are currently looking for a SeniorPlanning Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our ongoingand upcoming projects.


KeyResponsibilities:
Develop andmaintain project schedules including resource allocation andprogress tracking

Review and analyze projectplans schedules and budgets to ensure adherence to timelines andbudget constraints

Coordinate with project teammembers to ensure timely completion of tasks andmilestones

Conduct risk assessments and providerecommendations for mitigating potential delays orissues

Monitor project progress and provideregular reports to management highlighting any criticalareas

Utilize project management software totrack project progress and update schedulesaccordingly

Collaborate with other departmentsto ensure alignment of project plans with company goals andobjectives

Participate in project meetings andprovide input on scheduling and planningmatters

Mentor and train junior planningengineers and provide guidance on best practices and industrystandards


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or arelated field

Minimum of 8 years of experienceas a Planning Engineer in the real estate or constructionindustry

Advanced knowledge of projectmanagement software such as Primavera P6 or MSProject

Strong understanding of projectplanning and scheduling techniques andmethodologies

Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills

Ability to workindependently and take initiative while also being a teamplayer

Strong communication and interpersonalskills

Knowledge of UAE laws and regulationsrelated to construction and real estate is aplus
