SCOPE OF JOB:

  • To uphold the high standards of food quality of the restaurant.
  • To cook and present food in accordance with the recipes of the restaurant.
  • To cook and present food according to guests' preferences and within prescribed times.
  • To maximize café profitability by adhering to portion control standards and reducing food wastage.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment for all colleagues.
  • To observe and practice teamwork at all times.
  • To achieve total guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must be in Dubai and can join immediately
  • At least 2 years experience as commis chef or similar role
  • Experience in all areas in the kitchen is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of European/ French cuisine is a must
  • Experience working in high volume restaurant is preferred

Salary:
AED3, AED3,650.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
