Responsibilities:


  • Heading and managing the Supply Chain Department
  • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and costeffective.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
  • Building and maintaining longterm relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
  • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
  • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of longterm saving on procurement costs.
  • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
  • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
  • Preparing procurement reports and share monthly report to management as per request.

Requirements:


  • MBA/Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, additional certification will be an advantage
  • Proven 5 to 7 years of UAE Experience in Industry; Interior, Fit out, Furniture, Closets, Kitchens, Cabinets, Marble, Glass & building materials
  • Willing to relocate to Al Ayn
  • Ability to manage 4 big brands from one office
  • Can start in short amount of time

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
