    Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for early career talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.

    You will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem.

    About the Role


    Are you passionate about crypto and excited to represent Binance locally? We're seeking driven crypto enthusiasts across the MENA region to lead initiatives, organize educational events, and build grassroots communities.


    As a Binance Community member, you'll play a key role in expanding Binance's reach in emerging cities while empowering users through education and engagement.

    Responsibilities


    • Manage and moderate Binance's local social media channels, ensuring healthy dialogue, quick responses, and daily engagement.
    • Drive community growth through referral programs, local activations, and in-person onboarding at events.
    • Launch and manage social media campaigns using bots, mini-games, quizzes, and reward mechanics.
    • Support Arabic, English, and French-speaking users and contribute to regional community growth via Telegram, Discord, and other platforms.
    • Assist with Binance Angels coordination, onboarding, and activation.
    • Plan and support offline meetups, workshops, and educational sessions in regional cities.
    • Coordinate with local venues, partners, and vendors for event execution.
    • Represent Binance at local expos, student events, university sessions, and Web3 forums.
    • Engage with student clubs, educational institutions, and Web3 communities for collaborations.
    • Draft and localize community content in Arabic, English, and French as needed.
    • Collect and report community feedback and event insights to regional leads.
    • Capture user-generated content and testimonials during events.
    Requirements

    • Preference for candidates in UAE or Arabicspeaking MENA countries.
    • 02 years of experience in community support, events, or ambassador roles.
    • Binance Angel or community volunteer experience is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of Binance ecosystem and Web3 principles.
    • Familiarity with blockchain technologies, Binance products, and associated platforms.
    • Deep familiarity with crypto communities on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
    • Experience supporting offline events and logistics is preferred.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
    • Proficiency with community tools (e.g., Combot, quiz bots), design tools (Canva, Figma), AI tools (ChatGPT), project management (Notion, Asana), and social platforms.
    • Strong time management, reporting skills, and willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
