    Job Title: Social and Digital Media Manager

    Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

    Type: Full-time

    ember Lifestyle, a Luxury Travel company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking to recruit a talented and forward-thinking Social and Digital Media Manager to grow its social media platform and audience, create content, lead the brand's digital presence, enhance marketing and sales efforts and design powerful artworks that align with the company's objectives. This role requires a professional who can develop innovative campaigns and work to seamlessly blend the digital with the physical, ensuring that the brand shines in both arenas.

    The ideal individual will possess strong written and verbal communication, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The candidate should have strong English language proficiency, and preferably Arabic language skills. Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury and/or travel industries is highly desirable.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and passionate individual to join our team as a Social and Digital Media Manager .This role is perfect for someone who is adept at leveraging social media platforms to engage audiences, skilled in creating compelling content, and has a keen eye for design.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
    • Manage and oversee social media content on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
    • Manage content calendar, post scheduling, and real-time engagement.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media platforms using analytics tools.
    • Refine strategies based on data insights.

    Content Creation:

    • Generate engaging, original content for various social media platforms, including text posts, videos, and images.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    Design:

    • Design graphics and visuals for social media posts, websites, and marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Ensure brand consistency in all designs and messages.
    • Creation of digital, video, or audio content.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in social media, working preferably with clients in the luxury and/or travel industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, guidelines and best practices.
    • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
    • Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Flexible work schedule including weekends.
    • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
