Senior Specialist – Strategy & Performance | Transguard CareersDescription:To design, develop, and oversee the implementation of a practical, effective and efficient corporate strategy and performance system that support the company's Strategic and operational planning process as well as the measurement and reporting structure of company's organizational performance
Responsibilities:
Respond to all queries/clarifications raised, to facilitate the smooth functioning of the strategy development and performance process as per standards.
Contribute to implementation of corrective actions raised against the Department under the internal surveillance programme to align with international standards and continuous improvement.
Oversee the corporate strategy development and performance management process by supporting the business owners in defining key plans and initiatives that translate the strategy to operations to be tracked at the corporate level.
Requirements:
Preferably a degree from a University/College in Business Management or professional qualification in Corporate Strategy and Performance with 7 years' experience in strategic planning or a related discipline.
