In this role you will greatly impact our Crew and Pilot workforce by providing best in class, specialised medical expertise to ensure best service to this community.

Job Responsibilities:
a

• Responsible in carrying out aviation medical examinations in accordance with GCAA regulations and perform medical evaluations or issue medical certificates that are authorized by the GCAA as stated in the privileges and scope of Senior Aero-Medical Expert designation certificate.

b

• Perform initial medical examination for classes authorized by GCAAc-As the Senior Aero-Medical Expert you may be delegated the task of reinstatement of medical certificate for all classes of medical applications.

You will only review the requests and recommend the reinstatement, your role is not to override other Aero Medical experts responsibilities in the examination and reinstatement recommendation.


Job Requirements:
a

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Aeromedical Examiner3 and have adequate knowledge and skills necessary for examination and assessment for all aviation medical classes.

b-A Post Graduate Diploma or Master's degree in Aviation or Aerospace Medicine or have undertaken a training course in aviation medicine, acceptable to the GCAA
