Description

The Shoe Butler is one of the oldest all-round Shoe Spa's in Dubai, Disinfection, Cleaning Polishing, Repair and Restoration for both Bags and Footwear alike.

The Company is looking for an Operations Manager to over-see the shop's operation, this will require the supervision of current admin staff, coordinating the receivables and deliverables between the clients and different sections of the shop:

Good knowledge of The Laundry, Shoe Repair, Operations Or Muli-Departmental Businesses.
Good Knowledge Of Staff Management.
Making Sure all departments Work together properly.
Good Telephone Manners.
Good Client Communication Skills
Making Sure The Delivery team are timely and Scheduled.
Problem Solving Skills.
Making Sure the shop is Tidy.
This is a 97 Job 6 days a week, Location is AL BARSHA Dubai.
