    Job Description

    We are searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager with Salesforce/Adobe Developer experience to manage various Business Systems. You should be customer obsessed and work to provide the best possible programme management experience. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and deliver high-quality support in a timely manner. You will maintain existing system features/products for the business, and drive global quality improvement processes. A Program Manager should work independently but also partner with other non-Salesforce/Adobe Product, Program teams, and developers on new projects to improve team efficiencies, customer experience, and usability of the org.

    Technical & Product

    Ability to create and follow up on Digital transformation roadmap and engagements

    -Own platform including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.

    -Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve complex business problems

    -Hands on configuration of new and existing to be able to guide and drive teams of developers

    -Understanding customer and partner development team needs and translating them into robust business requirements for configuration and development in Salesforce/Adobe

    -Create programme plans and presentations to support in requirement closure and articulation

    -Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders through feature rollout processes and launch announcements

    -Drive agile delivery methods to ensure accurate on time and on cost engagements

    -Focus on security, user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure build accuracy across delivery of programs

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor's degree

    · Professional experience with Salesforce and/or Adobe configuration and development

    · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently

    · Solid understanding of and experience working with enterprise level Experience Manager instance

    · In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce/Adobe

    · Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to define, refine and implement process improvements

    · Experience working in a deadline-driven, Agile project management framework

    · Excellent verbal/written communication skills; able to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

    · Professional experience with Salesforce Flows/Adobe Experience Manager

    · Professional experience with agile scrum methodologies

    · Ability to drive business requirements, write user stories and manage development teams

    · Professional experience with Service Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud

    · Working experience with BI tools/CMS/CRM/Etc
