    Description

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Digital Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online lead generation efforts, attracting and nurturing customers, and ultimately contributing to the growth of our business.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop and execute digital lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads through various online channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) using Google AdWords, and display advertising with a focus on maximizing conversions.

    · Optimize lead generation campaigns, including AdWords and Adsense, for maximum ROI, continually analyzing and refining strategies based on performance data.

    · Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience while adhering to SEO best practices.

    · Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates, and optimize landing pages, and other lead-generation assets for SEO and AdWords campaigns.

    · Monitor and report on key performance metrics for SEO, AdWords, and Adsense, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital lead generation, SEO, and online advertising.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.

    · A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital lead generation, SEO, SEM, AdWords, and online advertising.

    · Prior experience working in the (GCC) region, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in Dubai, UAE.

    · Proven experience in digital lead generation, preferably in the construction industry.

    · Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, marketing automation software, and CRM systems.

    · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative lead generation ideas aka marketing campaigns.

    · Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
