Accountable for delivery of Epics and Projects in the Etihad Digital space (comprising Omni-channel, Personalization, Operational messaging, marketing campaigns, Analytics) and Mobile app space (push notifications and operational SMS in One App, EYG Mobile App)Experience in leading product delivery scrum of scrum for multiple agile teams.
Ideal candidate is certified and knowledgeable in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Experienced in reporting progress via information radiatorsKnowledge and experience of delivery of product initiatives using a mix of project delivery methodologies while coaching towards an Agile mind-set.
Job Requirements:
8+ years of experience in managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects, programs and portfolios. Airline industry experience is beneficialBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent is mandatoryCertification in Agile Project Management or equivalent is mandatoryProficient in using Microsoft Office Project and Project Management tools
