The Product Owner - Digital Banking will be responsible for owning and driving the development and enhancement of digital banking products and services.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, they will conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback for product enhancements.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital banking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a product owner or product manager in digital banking.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
