    Job Description The
    ITSales Representative is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving the sales of
    ITproducts and services.

    They will collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored
    ITsolutions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients or industries for
      ITproduct and service sales.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships.
    • Understand clients'
      ITneeds and challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest
      ITproducts, services, and industry trends.
    • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of
      ITsolutions to clients.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product knowledge.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Customize proposals to address specific customer needs and requirements.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
    • Act as a point of contact for customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to address customer issues or service requests.
    • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
    • Participate in team meetings and share market insights. Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in
      ITsales or a related sales role.
    • Strong understanding of
      ITproducts, services, and solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
