Description

Manage and monitor the accounts receivableteam, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timelyinvoicing, fundraising and cash application
Monitor andanalyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquentaccounts and implement strategies to reduce baddebts
Review and approve credit applications, anddetermine credit limits and terms for new and existingcustomers
Coordinate with sales and customer serviceteams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies, ensure customersatisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Develop andmaintain relationships with key clients, addressing any concerns orissues and ensuring timely payment
Prepare and submitmonthly and quarterly reports on accounts receivable performance,including aging analysis, fundraising effectiveness and cash flowprojections
Implement and enforce credit and fundraisingpolicies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company andindustry regulations

Required profile ofcandidates
Bachelor's degree in accounting,finance, or related field
At least 5 years of experiencein accounts receivable or a related position
Strongknowledge of accounting principles andpractices
Proficiency in ERP and MS Office systems,especially Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills
Strong attention to detail andaccuracy
Effective and interpersonal communicationskills
