• To anticipate the kid'sneeds and handle all inquiries in a helpful and attentivemanner.
• To have a complete knowledge of thehotel product, kids activities.
• To takepersonal responsibility for the service and attitude with which ourguest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the higheststandard of Rixos at all times.
• Take personalresponsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to thekid's satisfaction are met and that follow up iscompleted on a timely basis.
• To be proactiveand innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet the children andtheir parent's needs in enjoying their Rixosexperience.
• To develop a close and harmoniousworking relationship with all hoteldepartments,
• To attend hotel events, dailyshift briefings, and training to improve professionalskills.
  

Qualifications

• Language skills: Russian, Turkishand/or German
• Must possess good communicationand customer service skills,
• Must be able tohandle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritizeduties,
• Must be able to complete duties in atimely manner and be able to function in a fast pacedenvironment,
• Must possess a good telephonemanner.
• High school graduate A Minimum of sixmonths to one year related education and training/experience; plusbusiness and/or administrativeeducation.
