Description
Roles & Responsibilities.
Working closely with the Project Director and the business units in
identifying areas and opportunities that require marketing support to
improve the business performance thereof.
The successful candidate will be working in a team environment to develop
and deliver projects through various stages of design from feasibility to
planning/detailed design and onto construction
Monitoring of business tenders contracts review and reports
You will be expected to play a proactive part in the design process and to be
active on several projects at any given time.
You will be coordinating inputs and outputs with other disciplines to
produce an integrated project plan.
You will be contributing to all types of projects.
With an awareness of how your tasks fit into the overall project you will be
accountable and responsible for delivery and to a high standard.
Proficient in the use of standard office software MS Office MS Excel.
You will be quick to pick up new ideas and skills and be able to think
laterally to generate new solutions to problems.
Good written and verbal communication skills in the preparation of
presentations and documents etc.
Production of technical specifications and reports
Management of work packages.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) including technical report writing.
Should have Project Management experience
Organized and proactive (self starter)
Build strong long term relationships with Organized clients at all levels
Manage and monitor budgets allocated
Brief and liaise with dealers and suppliers positively
