Perform various sales support activities to optimize the sales outcome and maintenance of accuracy of the sales force.


  • Resolve complex issues, requests, and problems for clients through research, investigation, and interfacing with other departments.
  • Educate sales force on features and guidelines.
  • Submit RFP and coordinate with the intermediary and UW team to ascertain that all is in good order.
  • Regularly maintain Salesforce with data accuracy update, logging of account & opportunity information and follow up with RMs to ensure details are updated.
  • Fill in details of the account on Bizflow & submission to UW upon confirmation of an opportunity,
  • Prepare G100 to be attached on the 1st page of the confirmed TOB.
  • Communicate with the RM of the details missing in order to finalize the G100.
  • Send the duly filled G100 to the RMs for their review, approval and then submit to UW team.
  • Maintain log sheets for Life & Medical tailormade quotes.
  • Send requests of Endorsement or Termination as per the RMs or broker's request.
  • Submit P.O. on Ariba as per the team's requirements such as events / products and coordinate with Procurement / Marketing teams.
  • Assist the team with submission of official receipts for reimbursement.
  • Fill in for sales managers when they are on leave.
  • Prepare Salesforce reports whenever requested by RMs.
  • Include submission of weekly pipeline & renewal reports to the manager & data analytics team respectively.
  • On Renewals, requisition of RAS, renewal letters or revisions as required by RMs / brokers / direct clients.
  • Centralize team documents and process map all key processes in a team shared drive.
  • Capture team meeting minutes.


  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience in the usage of Salesforce, Bizflow, Compass, Ariba.


  • Strong customer focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Moderate relationship building and management.
  • Proficient understanding of products, services, processes and systems supported.
  • Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to details and cautiousness when releasing terms / TOBs
