We're hiring

We're currently searching for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team.


About us.
Bizrahmed is a well-established medical centre in Dubai with multiple global branches in London and KSA. We have over 25 years' experience within the cosmetic industry, working alongside world renowned plastic surgeons and doctors. We offer various services from hair transplants, cosmetic procedures as well as a number of Dermatology services.


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out daily briefings with agents, discussing weekly targets and KPI'S.
  • Carry out regular performance reviews with agents.
  • Carry out sales training to employees on a regular basis.
  • Produce weekly reports on employee performance, sales statistics and weekly figures
  • Measure and provide weekly reports to management, detailing each employee KPI'S and targets.
  • Create and measure targets and goals for improvement.
  • Complete quality assurance on employees calls
  • Keep track of employee's attendance.
  • Improve quality of results by recommending changes.
  • Motivate and support agents with effective communication and by offering regular feedback.

Qualifications / Skills:


  • Bachelor's or associate degree.
  • Previous experience working as a Call Center Supervisor or manager
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' work experience in this position

  • Previous experience coaching and providing sales training
  • Desired
  • Must have experience working in the UAE.
  • Fluent in speaking English and Arabic.
  • Experience with producing reports on employee's performance.
  • Highly organised and good time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Someone with a proven track record of improving employee performance.
