    Role Purpose:
    We are looking forAccount Managers/Senior Account Managers
    The AccountManager/Senior Account Manager is a dynamic and pivotal roleprimarily focused on driving sales and managing key clientrelationships within various industry verticals. This position isresponsible for spearheading effective account managementstrategies fostering robust client engagement and developinginnovative sales approaches. The role involves deeply understandingclient needs and aligning them with our comprehensive suite ofinhouse or outsourced solutions with a special emphasis on Data& AI and Generative AI technologies.
    The Opportunity:
    TheAccount Manager/Senior Account Manager will play a crucial role inenhancing client satisfaction expanding our market presence andachieving ambitious sales targets by leveraging cuttingedge AIsolutions to address complex client challenges and drive digitaltransformation.
    Core42 is the UAEs nationalscale enabler for cloud andgenerative AI combining G42 Groups expertise across multipletechnology disciplines into a single platform for public sector andlarge enterprise transformations.     Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintainstrategic business relationships with major accounts to promote ourwider portfolio of offerings with focus on Data & AI andGenerative AI solutions achieving high levels of customersatisfaction and trust.
    • Advise on the beststrategies to retain longterm client relationships to align withthe clients growth vision.
    • Validate thecompanys strategic priorities with regards to Data & AI andGenAI ensuring maximum exposure of our service offerings to theclient.
    • Contribute to an increase in ourproducts usage by existing clients focusing on Data & AIand GenAI applications in different industry verticals.
    • Regularly liaise with key client stakeholders offeringthe wider portfolio of offerings with Data & AI andGenAIdriven insights to ensure client advocacy and satisfaction ondelivered services.
    • Ensure adherence toperformance levels proactively identifying new Data & AIand GenAI use cases and opportunities becoming the real Advisor tothe account.
    • Contribute to the companysprofitability by managing account profitability and performancetargets.
    • Act as a trusted advisor in Data& AI and GenAI continuously growing customer accountsacross targeted companies.
    • Support clients intheir Digital Transformation journey.
    • Seek towin and close key and large Digital Transformation projects withinthe account leveraging Data & AI and GenAI for significantgrowth.
    Budgets and Plans
    • Recommend the budget and monitorfinancial performance focusing on investments in Data & AIand GenAI solutions and their impact.
    Strategy / Tactical
    • Design short and longrange growth strategies for Data & AIand GenAI solutions preparing execution plans to achievetargets.
    • Design an ecosystem for ourcustomers focusing on Data & AI and GenAI solutionsensuring priority placement of our products.
    • Continuous service improvement plan and improvementroadmap.
    Operational Excellence
    • Assist industry vertical leadsin adapting to new technologies in Data & AI and GenAIevolving business requirements.
    • Monitor andsynthesize market research in Data & AI and GenAI applyinginsights to enhance client strategies.
    People Development
    • Provide coaching on Data & AI and GenAI driving knowledgeand understanding of their value in partnerships.
    • Track individual KPIs ensuring team members areproficient in Data & AI and GenAI solutions and salesstrategies.
    ContinuousImprovement
    • Motivate the teamidentifying opportunities for AI and GenAIdriven change initiativesand projects.
    Policies Processes& Procedures
    • Recommendimprovements to policies focusing on the integration and adoptionof AI and GenAI strategies.
    MIS& Reports
    • Prepare MISstatements and reports including data on AI and GenAI solutionsales and impacts.
    RelatedAssignments
    • Perform otherrelated duties or assignments as directed.
    Communications & Working Relationships
    • Internal: All employees andmanagement Digital Architects Industry Vertical Leads ProductTeams.
    • External: Vendors SuppliersCustomers/Clients Govt/Private sector decisionmakers primarily atCLevel.
    Qualifications: Skillsand attributes for success:
    • 8 to 10 years ofexperience in IT Management client experience executive roles orsimilar with a focus on AI and GenAI technologies.
    To qualify for the role you must have:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science Social ScienceBusiness or equivalent experience.
    • 10 yearsof relevant professional experience with a strong emphasis on Data& AI and GenAI solutions.
    • ITIL v3Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred.
    Ideally youll also have:
    • Bilingual(English/Arabic).
    • Strong understanding ofData & AI Data and GenAI processes technologies &industry best practices. i.e. Python databricks Azure AI solutions/ technologies etc
    • Strong stakeholdermanagement skills.
    • Strong analytical andquantitative thinking skills particularly in Data & AI andGenAI contexts.
    • Extensive experience inmanaging vendors & partners.
