- Receive new business and renewals requests from clients and consultants, analyze, suggest, and obtain adequate quotes through all channels.
- Prepare quotes/proposals and bind coverage, ensuring that the quote to issuance process is completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Endorsement activity end-to-end, including error reporting and adequate record keeping in NTAS case management as per business process requirements.
- Utilize workflows and processes to initiate and maintain contact with clients, update coverages, review exposures, and discuss opportunities for account management.
- Adhere to Underwriting (UW) compliance and department guidelines in line with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in individual medical insurance portals, underwriting coverage, and rate analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and the ability to communicate this knowledge clearly to clients and underwriters.
- Proactive and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload, as well as support the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team and go the extra mile for business requirements.
