    Description

    RoleThe vice presidentof revenue will report to the companys CEO and be responsible forall Saas revenuegenerating processes. As the Vice President ofRevenue you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth byidentifying new channels of revenue and expanding business inexisting markets. You will sit on our Leadership Team andcollaborate with other leaders to drive our revenue strategy andfurther solidify us as a leader in the industry. This role will ownour gotomarket strategy and manage our SaaS revenue lifecycle witha holistic and growthcentricmindset.Responsibilities

    • Sales Leadership Lead and inspire ahighperforming sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Ideally with a mix of both new & and existing clientexperience you know how to bring in new clients and strengthenrelationships with existing ones. Provide strategic directionmentorship and coaching to the teammembers.
    • RevenueDevelopment Drive endtoend revenue process from lead generation todeal closure. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leadsqualify prospects and convert opportunities into sales. Monitorsales metrics and performance indicators to optimize results. Youllbe developing and executing the companys revenue strategy. Youvepreviously led or played a key role in this function and you knowwhere to start.
    • New Business You haveexperience overseeing sales planning pipeline management reportingand forecasting developing team KPIs & and commission plansand improving new acquisition rates. Develop and executecomprehensive sales strategies to expand Companys presencefootprint. Identify new business opportunities and formpartnerships to drive revenuegrowth.
    • GotoMarket Expertise You will spearheadour gotomarket strategy regularly conducting market research andcompetitive analysis. You have overseen this before and know thebest approach.
    • Develop and manage budgetsbusiness plans and financial forecasts to meet revenue andprofitability goals.
    • Marketing Knowledge Thismay have been your full focus in a previous role a function thatyou worked closely with in a crossfunctional capacity or adepartment you managed. Youre comfortable exploring creating anddelivering value to meet the needs of your targetmarket.
    • Cross Collaboration: Collaborateeffectively with other departments such as marketing product andcustomer success to ensure seamless communication and alignment ofstrategies to achieve our growthtargets.
    • Market Insight Stay abreast ofindustry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape. Usemarket insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve inthe Elearning sector.
    • Talent Development:Recruit train and develop top talent within your team. Foster aculture of continuous learning collaboration andaccountability.

    Qualifications andEducation Requirements

    • 10 to 15 yearsof experience working in similar roles at Saasindustries.
    • Strong understanding ofbroadcasting marketing promotion and collectionstandards.
    • Experience working on turnaround andfinding revenue opportunities in direct and channel sales is amust.
    • Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with Key GovernmentAccounts.
    • Managed a sales portfolio of asizeable revenue
    • Leadership and coachingability; can successfully coach others in salespractices.
    • Experience working on emergingmarkets for SaaS products
    • Adept at creatingproductive longterm customerrelationships.
    • Excellent ability to organizeprioritize and multitask.
    • Can push self andothers to achieve and excel in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
