Description

upervise and monitor the proper implementation of QFS Management System and Health & Safety, Environmental policies in all maintenance activities, and raise any violation or nonconformity.

Maintain all relevant documentation related to machines and equipment, including drawings, installation guides, service manuals, warranty certificates, etc.

Implement standard operating procedures (SOP's,) and work instructions, and guide technicians, assistant technicians and helpers to follow them in conducting maintenance activities and raise any violations.

Assist, as directed, in the set up and installation for all machines and equipment, and for approved modifications and upgrading, including fire alarms and firefighting equipment for the buildings.

Follow up the proper implementation of service, maintenance, and spare parts supply agreements with manufacturers and contractors.

Monitor the execution of daily maintenance activities in all shifts and respond to breakdown maintenance requests by allocating necessary resources and follow up the prompt execution of maintenance jobs.

Implement and monitor the proper reporting of all maintenance activities and material usages and maintain the relevant records.

Conduct internal technical training and HSE awareness to Maintenance technicians.

Salary:
Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Certified Training Course for conducting audit on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO

45001:2018 and ISO 22000:2018 systems.

Experience:

- (food industry mandatory): 5 years (required)

Supervisor in maintenance: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:
- knowledge in refinery and filling and Packing Machines (required)
- firealarm s/m and firefighting equipment installation (required)
