We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by securing bookings for our short-term rental properties and onboarding new landlords with Farwell & Gervase.

You will identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to maximise occupancy and revenue of our current portfolio while also networking, communicating and advertising to onboard new landlords.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand clients' needs and preferences, tailoring rental options to meet their requirements.
  • Present and promote our portfolio of properties to prospective clients, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimise sales strategies, share insights, and drive overall business growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for travel and hospitality, with a genuine interest in providing memorable experiences for guests.
