- Master/Bachelor in biomedical sciences, biochemistry or biology.
- Experience 2 to 5 years in sales, knowledge of lab organization, processes, deep understanding of tender and commercial dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the implications of proposed deal, assess risks, and ensure that deals align with the company's strategy.
- Solid financial acumen need to analyze pricing structures, assess profitability, Strategic thinking to align individual deals with broader organizational goals and objectives.
- Capability to navigate different competitors scenario and deals landscape. Meticulous eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance to the tender requirements.
- Needs to work in high performing team, open for challenges and complex projects, creative and solution oriented.
- Needs to be efficient in Team work.
- Good English communication is required, Arabic an advantage.
