JOB SUMMARY - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND OFFICE MANAGER

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Office


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and other executives
  • Acting as a liaison contact with internal colleagues and external customers, vendors, interacting with them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meeting with people of interest and other important associates of the company on behalf of executives.
  • Managing the executive's professional and personal calendar and meeting requests, coordinating appointments and ensure everything is running smoothly.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Preparing Directors personal financial statements, reports and other documents.
  • Liaising with different external parties
  • Banking, Tax consultants and providing document as requested and keeping records.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and followups.
  • Ensuring tasks and projects are completed within deadlines
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to create and implement new projects
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
