Implement rigorous quality assurance practices to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, while conducting regular audits and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence.

Efficiently allocate resources across various projects, balancing workload and optimizing team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate staffing levels and technical expertise.
Build effective cross-functional collaboration among various teams, such as sales, engineering, and operations.
Lead and manage the service delivery team, inculcating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and facilitate skill development to enhance the team's capabilities.
Maintain clear communication channels to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital transformation, cloud, and cyber security.


QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.11+ years of experience in managerial roles.
Atleast 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery or project management roles.
Previous experience in managing teams and leading complex projects in the digital transformation, cloud, or cyber security domains.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
