Bakery Chef
Rise & Dawn sourdough bakery is looking for a night time commis baker to join our ever increasing production team


The responsibilities include:
- preparation of a wide variety of baked items from bread, baguettes to focaccia and brioche buns

  • Assisting with mixing, shaping and packing of the baked products
  • Cleaning and HACCP

Requirements:


  • Relevant bakery experience in similar position
  • Understanding of basic food safety practices
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
