    The Role
    We are looking for a detailoriented Accommodation Administrator to join our team in Dubai UAE. The Accommodation Administrator will plays a crucial role in supporting Administration Manager in overseeing administration of company and employee leased accommodations. This role involves coordinating accommodation logistics ensuring compliance with company policies and providing excellent customer service to employees. The Accommodation Administrator serves as a point of contact for all accommodationrelated matters working closely with various stakeholders to create a comfortable and efficient living environment for employees. Responsibilities: Accommodation Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of companyprovided accommodations to employees based on organizational policies and guidelines. Update relevant data using database applications ensuring that all work activities are accurately recorded and that the integrity of information is always maintained. Maintain accurate records of occupancy lease agreements and related documentation. Lease Management: Negotiate review and manage lease agreements with landlords or property management companies. Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions. Renew or terminate leases as required considering the organizations and employee needs and budget constraints. Expense Management: Monitor and manage accommodationrelated expenses within budgetary constraints. Arrange for company deposits to be returned at the end of the lease. Raise purchase requisitions and ensure that costs are recovered where necessary. Compliance and Policies: Stay informed about local housing laws regulations and compliance requirements. Enforce accommodationrelated policies and procedures in alignment with company guidelines. Support in the review and development of enhanced Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding accommodationrelated concerns or requests. Respond to queries regarding eligibility benefits and other pertinent information for accommodation. Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving issues promptly. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with HR finance Payroll and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Submitting renewal information to employees and to landlords in accordance with RERA laws and legislation Facilitate communication between employees and agencies involved in accommodation services. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of accommodationrelated data. Generate regular reports on occupancy expenses and other relevant metrics for management review.

    Requirements
    • Proven experience as an Accommodation Administrator Accommodation Coordinator or similar role in the construction or related industry. Familiarity with accommodation management software and tools is a plus. Strong understanding of local housing laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees management and external partners. Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with accommodationrelated challenges and emergencies. Proactive and solutionoriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate. Diploma / High School degree.
