What you will be doing?Reporting to the IT Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Demonstrate Mercure's brand service standards in all interactions.
Ensure all requests are attended within minimum time period and resolved to highest quality
Provide IT Support to Hotel staff and Guests
To ensure that all computer related both software and hardware are working smoothly to support daily hotel operation.
Maintain and inventory of all hardware and software.
Ensuring critical systems, specifically guest HSIA network, PMS, and POS working properly at all times
