- Lead and manage a team of valuation professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee commercial property valuation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather relevant data for property valuation purposes.
- Perform property inspections to assess condition, marketability, and other factors affecting value.
- Apply valuation methodologies, such as income approach, sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
- Review and validate valuation reports and analyses prepared by the team members.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand specific valuation requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Develop and implement appraisal policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to commercial valuation.
- Provide guidance and support to the team members on complex valuation issues and appraisals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Professional certification or designation in valuation, such as MAI or MRICS.
- Significant experience in commercial property valuation, including experience at a managerial level.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
