    • Engineering Design, Conceptual,FEED and detail Engineering experience
    • ProposalEstimation (Manhours, Deliverable list with manhours &Costing estimation for proposal in Telecomsystems
    • Leads telecoms activities for Projects,ensuring EPC Contractor and Telecom System Integrator (TSI) deliverthe project that follows the Project and Cyber Securityrequirements, provide interfaces with third party systems andensuring that all Telecom systems are following the industrialCodes and Standards.
    • Support interfacingbetween Telecom systems and key vendors (including Digital SystemIntegrator (DSI)) and other EPC contractors to ensure quality andexecution objectives are met.
    • Ensure telecomsengineering activities are conducted in accordance with projectspecifications and approved variations ifany.
    • Accountable for a quality design oftelecoms engineering deliverables, including design safety aspectsand execution planning of telecoms fieldactivities.
    • Lead work execution, ensuringtechnical alignment and quality with various disciplinesstakeholders from both PMT and EPCContractor.
    • Provides guidance to EPC contractorto complete Telecom design as per project specifications in atimely manner and provide clear direction on projectobjectives.
    • Preparation of TelecommunicationEngineering deliverables including Design Basis, Specifications forvarious Telecommunication Systems, System Block Diagrams,Datasheets, MR.
    • Producing Radio CoverageCalculations, Fresnel Zone Calculations, estimating antennaeheight, etc.
    • Perform Fiber Optic Link BudgetCalculations, Data and Telephony Traffic Analysis, Capacity /Bandwidth Calculations, Public Address Sound Pressure LevelCalculations.
    • Telecom Equipment PowerConsumption and Heat Load Calculations.
    • DevelopTelecommunication Systems ArchitectureDiagrams.
    • Provide engineering input toengineering drawings including Device Location Plans, Cable RoutingLayouts, Instrument/Device Installation Details, InterconnectionDiagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Circuit & Connection Diagrams,Cable Block Diagrams and MDF / IDF Schematics, FO AllocationDiagrams, Device and Equipment Schedulesetc.
    • Schedule/Diagrams, etc. prepared bydesigners.
    • Co-ordinate with other disciplinesand review of other disciplinedeliverables.
    • Carryout onshore and offshoresite surveys as required.
    • Attend interfacemeetings with Clients and Vendors to progress design scopesRequirements:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in TelecomEngineering or Electronics and CommunicationsEngineering
    • Experience of working with multi -national and multi - cultural project teams is stronglypreferred.
    • Competent to carry out the Designactivity in the Design-Check-Approve-Authorize cycle, and to checkthe technical deliverables ofdesigners.
    • General knowledge of other relateddisciplines.
    • Ability to work efficiently andeffectively when managing multiple tasks.
    • Mustbe self-motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work wellunder tight schedules in a fast paced multi-disciplinary teamenvironment.
